Truth is people are always moving from one place to another and there are always goods to move and people pay you for it. For example try Uber transporting service, but you must have all the necessary driving documents and a modern car for the safety of the passengers. 

Transport with your own vehicle. it can be school children or even people that go work, believe me workers are always seeking easy, quick and reasonable transport to get them to work. lastly look into transporting goods such as home furniture's, food and other customer goods.

Go to furniture shops sign agreements in transporting their customer goods or go to those furniture shops and attract customers who are coming to buy from the time they enter the door.

Try retail stores because some people get stranded after doing they groceries and cannot travel long distances to their homes or taxi's.

Its pretty simple to make money within the  transporting industry
